WHAT WE DO
We Focus on Our Core Business so You Can Focus on Yours
Our core business is developing and operating projects that turn biogas into renewable natural gas (RNG) and generate economic returns for our waste providers and project partners. We focus on developing medium size projects in the United States where the manure supply is a minimum of approximately 3,000 cows or 500,000 gallons per day. We arrange the sale of the RNG to a third party, a localized utility gas provider, or use it for electric power generation.
Avani develops, plans, builds, owns and operates the facilities that turn dairy farm organic waste into a renewable energy source, while at the same time reducing carbon emissions. We bring best in class project coordination, equipment technologies, legal and commercial knowledge to minimize the effort required for the farmer and maximize the economic return.
Project Development is Effort Free with Avani Clean Partnerships

Avani Clean Energy has established relationships with all the partners required to value, structure, fund, design, build, commission, and operate an RNG project. With Avani and its partners, projects meeting technical and commercial criteria are essentially “pre-qualified”. Timelines are shorter from conception through operation, ensuring that the project meets the requirements for government clean energy incentives. Avani is skilled in the coordination of all project parties, serving as a “one stop shop” for the dairy farmer.
Avani pre-established relationships will handle:
